I think it was a little too ambitious to get the Wall and the Summer Palace in on 1 day. Collective 7 person sigh as we saw the stairs we had to walk up....there have been soooo many stairs, soooo many stairs.... Ancient Chinese must have had buns of steel! 38 degree temp didn't help matters.
Quiet day planned for tomorrow - Forbidden City.
